revizit: November 2013

This is me on my actual birthday of 2013! I went to Shawnee Mission Park for a trail hike with a friend and she took this picture. That is her shadow. I then had the evening off work and spend it with my best man, Camdaman, as he and his friends treated me to Jose Peppers. YUMMMM!!!

October 24, 2013 Thursday.

Then on Saturday, October 26, 2013, I DID get to have a group party at our apartment. My father cooked this amazing roast and chili dinner per my request. And everyone ate almost the entire thing!! I might have had 3 or 4 fritos.

This is my newest friend, Sydnee. And she #1 showed up to my party even though she said she might not be able to. make me happy! she was there!! and #2 she brought me this birthday present. This is very important because she is an Ohio State fan and I am University of Michigan.

And now this was a bit of what people brought. Some cards! Muffins! Glow in the dark things! I supplied 2 bottles of wine with our roast. Chocolate Wine!! AND Cream Sherry!! I was so glad to share it with every one, including my sister Candace!! And Dustin and Pete.

We played "I Never" and that was a ton of fun! if it weren't for those elementary kids, it might have gotten out of hand :-) s'morez band played a 30 minute set. went great. Then when most everyone left, it was around midnight and the few of us, literally, 3 and the 2 photographers, Florence & Co., we went out side took some cool COOL pics.

the remainders did their final exit by 230AM. great discussion on life, meaning, religion, etc. Thanks for stickin' around for the discussion Jenny Orme!!

THEN!!

The very next Saturday, November 2nd, another great new friend Barbara, and Sydnee treated me to Herford House!! and it was awesome! Our discussions, our smiles, our lives, our bond. AND we even bonded with the waiter! He was really really cool and also just as up beat and out going as we. He was kind enough to take the out door photos.

We had steak, and for dessert: cheesecake! I blew out a candle. One to be exact for this is another 1 new year that has been added to the previous. This is perhaps the best week and a half of my birthdays EVER! Why? Why Not. no really, because this time there was real care around me. I acknowledge it. I approve it.
